Existing club players who are re-signing for this season are required to fill in the Club Registration form ONLY.

2 passport style photos are required for this form, and must be different to last seasons. A league registration form is not required.

New players registering for the first time will need to fill out both the Club Registration and the League Registration forms. New players need 3 photos. Two of these will be required for the League form and their player id card, the 3rd one for the Club Registration form.

These forms, photos and payment should be completed and handed to the team manager for processing.
